Retreat Update

Hi to all my mindful friends out there. I am writing with a quick heads up. You are welcome to join the upcoming practice retreat at the beautiful Cherry Tree Lodge from 18-20th May but please note that booking for the retreat will close on Friday 27th April. I would love to see as many of you as possible joining this special weekend so please ensure you finalise your booking before this date.
