Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy For Cancer (MBCT-Ca)

MBCT-Ca is an 8 week mindfulness-based programme designed to support cancer patients to live well through their cancer journey.

MBCT-Ca was dapted from the original MBCT approach by Trish Bartley of Bangor University, over 10 years ago.

Having trained directly with Trish at Bangor University, Dr Wardrop delivers this gentle and transformative course for small groups and organisations throughout Scotland.

If you would like to discuss offering this course to your patients or carers please contact us.
