It is important that you undertake your 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course with a qualified and experienced teacher. The MBSR programme, as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, is a group process facilitated by a qualified teacher with a long standing personal mindfulness practice.
