THE 8 WEEK MBSR COURSE
This world renowned 8-week stress reduction program, designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, is based on intensive training in mindfulness. Initially targeted to people with chronic health problems, today MBSR is taught to adults across the globe, experiencing stress and challenges in all areas of life. Kingdom Mindfulness delivers this programme 3 times a year in Fife and also in Dundee.
