New Book By My Teachers

I have undertaken a lot of training in mindfulness-based approaches over the years but the in depth study of Jon Kabat-Zinn's original MBSR programme with the European Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches has been invaluable as I go forward to help others in their exploration of mindfulness.  I am delighted that my course leader on that course (Linda Lerhaupt) and personal supervisor during my training (Petra Meibert) have got together to publish a new book outlining the MBSR programme in a new and warm way.  I can recommend this for teachers and students alike....
