Mindfulness based stress reduction MBSR group class in Dunfermline

According to Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.



This world renowned 8-week stress reduction program, designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, is based on intensive training in mindfulness.  Initially targeted to people with chronic health problems, today MBSR is taught to adults across the globe, experiencing stress and challenges in all areas of life. Kingdom Mindfulness delivers this programme 3 times a year in Fife and also in Dundee.


Into The Heart of Mindfulness: Practice Retreat

A weekend retreat in the heart of the Fife countryside. Near the village of Saline, Cherry Tree Lodge is an eco-retreat centre which provides nurturing surroundings and nourishing catering. 

During this all inclusive weekend you can join in guided and silent mindfulness meditation sessions, mindful movement and we will have plenty time to connect with the nature that surrounds us enjoying outdoor meditations and labyrinth walks. We have also made sure there is plenty of time for personal reflection and time for the group to come together round the fire in the evenings.  


All catering is provided by Mark & Till of the Cherry Tree Lodge.

Investment: £250 per person (on a shared room basis).
